Same for me too. On face value I dislike it, it's depressing, it's shallow but deep inside I just have to watch it.

I love watching Jeremy Kyle and also think he's an ok bloke,can't understand the hate for him tbh,if people want to make a show of themselves that's their decision and it makes me realise I am quite a lucky person really.I also think it is hilarious sometimes,just WHERE do they find these people.
