men simply aren't encouraged to the profession..Men have more than enough intelligence and in many cases they bravely overcome the handicap of the biased education system to create works of genius after leaving school. This isn't done due to the feminine biased education system it is down to the pure hard work of these male individuals who help build the roads, the trains, the TV's, the phones , the buildings, the cars, that you clearly take for granted. not bad for a gender you label not intelligent enough to become a teacher.
