Perhaps he returning the bacon to the shop he bought it from , perhaps it was rancid or well past it's sell by date..

Perhaps this wasn't the first time this shopper brought food back to this store.. Perhaps he was very angry and lost his temper and threw the rancid bacon at the shop worker.....

I mean who knows what the real story is there...??? Kinda hard to know for sure from a single picture...!!!!
