That was a good read Lee, sometimes it's hard not to slip into those behaviours but I think as long as you're aware of what you're doing you can put yourself back on the righ track again

its good to dwell and feel sorry for yourself usually no other bugger will lol

i think its a state of mind but we are human i dont think anybody is really as humans we just pretend to be,
the people every assumes are mentally strong and fine are usually the people that end up going of the rails big time
