He's the only one in the band who loves the attention, I think this relationship and the one with Taylor Swift are just showmances dreamt up to get both sides publicity.

One thing Harry has always been missing is interest in his conquests and career, so he needs this showmance to get his career back on track.

FFS. He's a young, famous guy with access to the private parts of famous/hot young girls. Sometimes fluids are swapped without it having to be either the greatest romance of all time, or a fake romance for the cameras.
