What on earth are you on about. What we don't want is untalented, attention-seeking, fame wannabess barely out of nappies winning the show - just cheapens the whole thing. We don't all want cheap.

Right? what we need is cruise ship Sam, who has zero star potential and doesn't appeal to 90% of music buyers hence why she's already flopping just with her winners single

90% of music buyers are not teenagers buying pop music. In your narrow experience, you may think pop music and the charts is the be-all and end-all in music - but wake-up call, it isn't.

Many of those that do acheive a certain level of success in the pop industry tend to have short careers as it is a very fickle element of the music industry and the kids that love it eventually grow up and develop a wider taste in music. Fact.

Considering X Factors target market is pop it pretty much is the be-all and end-all for Sams career. It's not like she's gonna be flying up the alternative chart either to make up for it.

Sam has already got the publicity she needs from the show. She will make money and may have a stable career in many new areas previously not available to her - how has she lost anything? How has x-factor or its viewers lost anything - the majority voted for her to win.

X-factor moguls will already have picked out the finalists thay see as potentially making them money in the pop industry, it doesn't have to be the winner of the show, it rarely is. Nobody loses anything. Besides the music industry can do without another Rhianna or Miley Cyrus, thank you very much.
