Whitney by miles. Her discography is flawless - How Will I Know, I Wanna Dance.., So Emotional, Queen of the Night, etc. and those two dont even compare. Doesn't help Mariah's case that shes an utter **** as well. Celine has a better voice than Mariah imo too.

I can't get into Mariah's music, other than All I Want For Christmas Is You, I feel like she's an extremely American-centric artist whereas Celine and Whitney have music that has a more European friendly feel to it?

To be honest I don't really appreciate any of them as artists; Whitney has more songs I know by name and I can appreciate that they are all amazingly talented singers but the whole sassy diva persona that comes with that I find totally unappealing and contrived.

I think Mariah's a bit cringe worthy nowadays, her voice is meant for belting big songs, not breathy R'n'B-lite features on other artists' songs to try and keep her "young". Think it's about time she accepted a residency somewhere and stopped trying to act half her age.

Even as a belter, I find her voice unbearable. I think she has something like an 8 octave range.. But is there any need to demonstrate that range in one short line of a song? No I do not think so
