sitting style western toilets have only been common for about 100 years. that's a tiny amount of time in the history of the human race, and it's only for westerners. The natural position is clearly squatting. Try it and you'll see. I'm telling you, i have not had to "push" at all since i started using it.

You can feel how natural it is when you use it, it literally just falls out.
