Yeah I agree,
of course she hates him because of his role in her husband's arrest. The fact he's also a grumpy arsehole with his own set of personal problems only adds to why she hates him; but she's bitter about what he did, not about who he is - if it were only the latter then she'd be actively trying to cause fights with plenty of other housemates, but she isn't, it's just Jim she's been gunning for. It's understandable but it's also a bit sad to watch.
