Two good points for critisism.

Firstly, Jade has said sorry and done what she could to make things better.

I think that you would agree that a generous cash offer to a worthy charity is a good move.

If it is going to help people, it has to be good.

Remember, there are advisors giving her advice. Of course, she doesn't have to take their advice?

The other point regarding "those who were offended".

I do recognize this and I hope that they recognize British law also. I state the conclusion from the Crown Prosecution Service, which has closed the case and said that their was no racism evident, only offensive words.

I am mearly saying what is fact.

This is not my opinion, it is just what is actually the case.

I can't change what is actual fact.

She will move on from this, the show is over and her depression has got better now, which we all saw.

Now, she must stop worrying about possible prosecution and try to concentrate on her image.

That is obvious!

The last thing she wants, is to be too afraid to go out and show her face.
