Butter + Jam and just Peanut Butter.

Usually however -

Toast: Butter
Toastie: Butter, Ham, Cheese, Tomato + Onion
Sandwich: Butter, Ham, Cheese, Tomato, Cucumber + Mayo

...if Im making them at home.
