First night, "The twist with no twist."

After all the housemates are in, one of them gets called to the Diary room. All this housemate does is receive a welcome pack, but Big Brother is actually using it's own Launch Night format to fool the others into thinking that something IS going on. Throughout the first week, housemates are given apparently suspicious stuff to do, called to the diary room often, made to do weird things in apparent secret missions that are never revealed to the house, all to make them ultra suspicious of each other. Nothing is ever revealed to them that nothing was ever going on, until they maybe choose to talk to each other about it (As with no secret missions, there will be no "this must not be discussed with your fellow housemates rule).
That would seriously mess with their heads

I love two different houses, battling it out, one house knows about the other, but the other has no clue.

I'd love a golden ticket type twist again when a random person has the chance to enter the house

There are some people that take a week to come out of their shell and then they can become the best housemate in there so I dont think this is a good idea at all.

they should tell the house mates that there is mole, but not put one in, then big brother can keep playing with their minds, screwing them over blaming the mole, also tell them the mole can win if they are not discovered.

also need tasks within tasks, and more endurance tasks, middle the night ones where people are off guard, also make life harder, no holiday camp atmosphere.

One huge twist right at the very end...THE FINAL!!!! Public vote for winner as usual but after the housemate who came in 3rd has left all the ex HM from that series would re-enter the house. Gathered on the sofas with the final 2 big brother (or emma) would announce that the ex housemates must choose who the winner is....That would stair up some ****.

Through out the series the house would have the letters H.C.W scattered everywhere (on walls, floors, doors etc.) To keep HM guessing.. H.C.W stands for 'Housemates Choose Winner

How about being able to evict someone on their first night? So they go into the house and then the phone lines open for an hour and you can vote to evict one of them on the same night based on their vt, information and how they have behaved so far in the house?

Agree that rule breaks should result in auto automatically being up for nomination.

Would be quite good if they had an eviction which all the housemates thought was a fake eviction but it was actually a real eviction. Like all the housemates would get told that 2 of then will go to a luxury house for a day or to and they get to vote who goes. All the housemates they vote for get secretly put up for nomination and the two with the most/least (depending on vte or vts) get told they are going to a luxury house - where they promptly get evicted! Meanwhile the housemates will be waiting for them to come back blissfully unaware they have gone for good! This would be a good way to get rid of a couple of the bores that normally cruise through to the final without ever facing eviction

The only ones I can think of are people who started to shine AFTER the big drama-starters had been evicted early on.
