tete de veaux (calves head) -
my da ordered it as a large special for everyone in France one year. Absolutely hideous. Half a suckling pig I ordered half and just expected a nice plate of pork to arrive, but what they actually did was cut it down the middle of the body from snout to tail. It looked like a Damien Hurst. |
