I don't think any 13 year olds on here have been 'involved' in any sexual discussions, probably just read them...and if you went into any Year 8/Year 9 class in a high school in anywhere across the UK you would hear much, much worse conversations than are being had on this forum, believe me. 13 year olds aren't stupid, or innocent.

Also, if parents are really that concerned at that age - then they should be monitoring their online activity and actually should be wondering why they want to be talking to a load of 20/30 year olds on a forum anyway. It isn't this forums job to parent a load of under 16's.
Well then you clearly don't have a clue about half the stuff that goes on here.

If a parent asks a kid under 16 what they are doing and they say browsing/posting on a BB forum then I doubt very much that parent will automatically assume that anything else other than BB gets discussed on here, so no it isn't a forums job no one implied it is, that still doesn't change the fact that most responsible parents wouldn't be happy having their young child discuss sex with adults online.

And please don't preach to me about what 13 year olds know and discuss, I was that age too but discussing things at school or with friends is completely different circumstances.

It also works both ways, I can pretty much guarantee that most parents on here don't feel comfortable seeing members that are similar aged to their children have these types of discussions.

So my answer to people that feel the need to post or read OTT sexual threads would be to go find a more suitable website or forum.
