Merging Two and Four would definitely cause a lot of Four's programming to be lost or simplified (although not as much as some people think), but something that would absolutely be lost is BBC Four's identity and character, something I think Three will retain in it's move online.

and if that's the case then they should get rid of bbc two altogether. or that random alba channel
