Get rid of 1xtra or merge it with 6 music.
Axe Radio 3- absolute pile of ****.
Cut back on Radio 4 Xtra and the local stations
Axe the welsh and Gaelic ones
Stop wasting money on stupid 3 part dramas and invest in actual proper series ect ect ect

I can't find the figures but I think Three has a running cost of about Ł90 million annual, where as Four is Ł65 million? It probably came down to the fact Four has less repeats from One and Two.

I don't want BBC4 to go as I like some stuff on there too. But BBC3 should be kept and they should shuffle some stuff around elsewhere.

CBeebies and CBBC could easily merge, you run the latter channels programmes from 6am until 9am, CBeebies until 3pm, and then CBBC again until 6pm.
