...awww, a warm day is probably the last thing you need, then...get a cold flannel or ice wrapped up in a towel and put it on your forehead and the back of your neck to cool you down and you should feel a little better....

I'm not doing much today Nat, was meant to be starting the gym but I'm not in the mood. I'm going to write today, I've been neglecting my writing. And I'm going to Spring clean the bathroom and wash the bedding rock n roll lifestyle eh!!
