Also "pretty women" artists don't get any where near the levels of hate or disrespect that pretty boy artists get so even if the 30+ thing was true then it balances out with the younger artists.

that isn't the case at all with pretty female singers, can you imagine a horde of straight guys at a Britney concert? (Ok I know she's well past it re. her appearance but you get what I mean )
