Jake - My favourite piece of the 5. Gave an accurate account and tempered it with good natured humour and wit. Very imaginative and an enjoyable read.
Jordan - In a similar vein to Jake's, Jordan's write up was nicely detailed, well presented and 'flowed' well. Written in a warm chatty style, it captured my attention from the start (both these entries did in fact)
What I also liked was that both candidates managed to throw shade (lol) while keeping it humorous and not insulting. That's to their credit IMO.
To qualify, Jake's had the (slight) edge for me, it was a little more polished. That's the only way I could differentiate between the two. Cracking efforts
Loukas. This was an outstanding piece of writing. The effort and enthusiasm Loukas put in was clear to see. His work ethic has been consistently good throughout all the tasks, he lacks a little in style here compared to Jake and Jordan's work, which had a bit more spark and personality, that's just my opinion, but quality is top notch and at this stage I'd venture to say he's the one to beat.
Pothuthic. Placing him fourth felt really mean, and it's not because there was anything to fault with this presentation, again it was merely down to how high I found the quality of work across this task in general. He obviously worked hard on it, it was a good read, and there was plenty of detail.
Drew. In all honesty I placed this last purely because it was so brief, fell substantially short of the required word count and paled in comparison with the others, a fact that Drew acknowledged himself at the time of posting. I have to add for the record however, that Drew's an excellent candidate, all 5 are the cream of the crop or they wouldn't have gotten this far.
