I did ask for any work to be submitted to me so that I could compile it as earlier when organising the pitch my iPad was extremely slow, I don't know whether this was for everyone on TiBB, but it's hard to multitask on an iPad.

Before the point is made about why I didn't start the pitch ealier, I was busy the entire of yesterday, the day before by the time we had a place chosen it was bedtime and today Ive had this party to organise on top of other things, plus during this week I've had to deal with some personal issues, I know I shouldn't be making 'excuses' but considering all these points I think I have done as well as humanly possible with what I had.

Nobody used the word sabotage, i don't think you sabotaged anything. You just didn't mentioned any of the places me or jake researched.

Ben did, I do get that, but I did ask for people to help me out, I understand that you weren't online and were tying to do things, but I personally didn't see jake doing anything after he sent his bits?

you said 'somebody post the adventure' and when I was online to read it, i said that I didn't understand what you meant.. it wasn't exactly a hard task to go back a few pages and quote things over.

Jake: I feel at the start of this you wasted too much time with excuses as you know. I know you said you had only naff ideas but putting them down in the thread would at least have shown you were coming up with possible things as opposed to giving up/lacking enthusiasm. I'm glad to see you stepped it up a notch though and got some ideas rolling. The places you suggested were good (the cafe's ect) but you easily seemed to blame Pot for not putting them in the final pitch, yet after you posted them once I saw no mention of them again in the thread.


Loukas: I commend your designs, that is your strong point, what I didn't commend was the time wasting on a tangent that was taking the team further and further away from the objective of the task. I feel it cost you all valuable time and you showed a big weaknesses here with that. I like the fact you finally got back on track, with a little nudge from myself, and picked something that was actaully quite interesting. I feel you should have focused on one target audience though rather than "everyone", again this was a downfall.


Poth: You took on the role of pitching and I feel you could have been a little better prepared for some of the basic info/USP's of Gdańsk. I do appreciate that I threw you some pretty tough questions and I do like the fact you stuck to your guns about how great this place is rather than cave in. You were also the one to keep trying to keep the team focused on the objective and to stop straying away, as well as actually doing some research but I do also feel that maybe you could have contributed a tad more.


The decision is tough but I have to go with...

I did intend to say anything they needed, so apologies if I didn't say it in the end, I was under a lot of pressure with trying to do as much as I could by 8

It took me like a minute to go back to a page, I don't think I could have gone through the whole task finding everyone's information in the time I had

Poth as he was the ONLY one to keep the objective focused and to actually try market research. Loukas and Jake, you wasted too much time with silly ideas (luckily Kate gave you all an extra day or I dread to think what would have happened in the end) and even the designs were pretty weak for 3 days worth of work if I am honest. Poth you stuck to your guns with the pitch (although it could have been better)

I'll say this now, whoever makes the final needs to step up their game, for three days worth of work this was a below average performance, you all had the ideas there and could have made this an amazing creation had you all just communicated properly and stopped wasting time.
