with your teams you must complete the following tasks (plus an interview with Lord Shugrr, to be arranged at mutually suitable times.)

Main Task. This must be organised by the Finalist, who should guide his team in what he needs from them in way of assistance. Please demonstrate good leadership and people skills.

Main Task: Tibb Christmas Party

You should organise a Tibb Christmas party, venue, entertainment, speeches (optional) and catering.... plus anything else you would like to include.

Side Task: Tibb Time Capsule - create a TIBB time capsule, to be unearthed in 2024.

Interview....... tba

You have until Monday at 7pm.
