besides if you lack pace then you need a lightning quick brain to be world class.....rooney has a great football brain but he doesnt operate at iniestas level
take a kenny dalglish, he was world class his whole career and he was that quick , but his brain was unbelievable
rooneys movement isnt in the same league as the best
