....hmmm, heat may help Annie..do you have some on/a hot water bottle or something..?..I think you probably need some anti-inflammatory medication and stronger pain killers and then that's the thing with back/neck problems, they just kind of go away when they're ready so the thing is to try to get more comfortable, you must make a GP appointment, Annie...DON'T MAKE ME COME UP THERE YOUNG LADY.....

If its no better tomorrow I will....it's weird because it started in my lower back but now my neck is hurting too...I have a hot water bottle do I'm going to drug myself up now and try and get comfortable...

..yeah, it can do that sometimes Annie, mine moves around as well, if it's something to do with a nerve in your back then the pain will be wherever the nerve traps or is irritated...is it a sharp/dull pain..?..

I can feel it all the time but when I move, it takes my breath away..I've never had back pain before...and I don't like it

..it does sound as thought it could be a pinched or trapped nerve, Annie and anti inflammatory medication will help a lot/also some heat on it..although it's painful, I know..I fine it better to move it around and 'move into the pain' because it helps to un-trap the nerve so it gets better quicker...just slow movements though...
