This can't be done as an option in the admin panel and I don't know if there's a modification for it or even if it needs to be added since it's not something that happens a lot.

Solution:

a) Get a less messy mouse so you don't click the wrong option.
b) Be less indecisive.

I don't think I've ever mistakenly voted for the wrong option in a poll.

Although I did once accidentally rate a video I liked on YouTube 1 star. I was gutted.

like on the TiBB VIP poll I was against because of all the wild suggestions in the OP, but when it was narrowed down to some certain things I agreed to it
