Onion
turkey breast (diced)
fat free creme fraiche
tin of tomatoes
coriander
frozen veg.. whatever you like, peas/sweetcorn/green beans/carrot
2 big spoons pataks tikka masala paste.

Have it with rice, bulgar wheat or in a wrap
