I agree the rise in the number of different types of rubbish bins sitting outside our houses coupled with the reduction in the frequency of collections has resulted in an increase in vermin in our neighbourhoods.

Often these bins have rotting or uneaten food lying in them for weeks at a time , is it any wonder foxes , rats and other vermin are attracted to these bins.
