I feel so sluggish today, I fell to sleep last night at like 6PM and I woke up at Midnight and now my sleeping pattern is askew.

..I think it's the weather as well Dezzy, it's quite heavy atm and makes you feel tired, it's really grim waking up in the middle of the night and then not being able to sleep again....I've tried so hard to change my sleeping pattern and sometimes will stay awake until around 2am but still wake up around 4am, no matter what..I think the latest I usually sleep to generally would be maybe 5am.....
