no ffs there were these kind of kebabs in the fridge http://www.auntymehrus.co.uk/wp-cont...eekh-Kebab.jpg and I literally heated 3 up and had them in between weightwatchers bread with sauce

I'm trying to gain weight, so if anybody here knows what's good to eat in that regard then please say...I feel like I'm eating more properly in terms of covering all food groups and portions:

Breakfast:
Bacon and fried egg roll (whole meal bread)
3x Go Ahead bars (orange sultana flavour)

Snack:

Vanilla yogurt with Granola

Lunch:

Omelette (Ham & Cheese)

Dinner:
1x pork chop
Portion of sliced carrot
Portion of baby potatoes
1x corn on a cob

Snack:
Peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwich (whole meal bread)
