But that's ridiculous because if they were embarrassed by photos/didn't want anyone to see them then they wouldn't have posted them on forums/social media.

I would also like to add that this should not be used as an excuse to start requesting other member bans to be lifted, if and when there is any decisions to be made about other banned members it will be done in our own time and at our discretion.
