Two separate areas of the house.

One set living in one area on the first night then the second set move in, another area of the house is opened up for only them to have access to.

What would the point be though? would that be just live having a secret room, bedsit etc?

Oh no, I meant they all live in the house together (no secrets ) but only the housemates with power get the luxury bathroom and other things which are opened up on night two.
