Are you a member at one? How long have you been going for? How often do you go? What do you go on when you're there, do you have a dedicated programme?
I just joined last Monday, enjoying it so far. Trying to go every 2/3 days and just focussing on CRE just now, doing the likes of treadmill, bike, cross trainer etc. |

i really want to join one but so many twats in those places. you need to find the right one for you. the right type of people.
better to do it at home. its free and no one is pying your crack when you bend over lol

have been doing bootcamps for about a year but not @ a gym, then an xercize 4 less gym just opened near me only £9.99 a month so I joined there. I still do the bootcamp classes though as ive made friends with peope there infact were having a very late xmas night out next fri lol As for the gym I do a zumba class and occasionally an abs class. Then as ive never been a member of a gym and had no idea how to use machines etc I booked 6 personal training sessions so I have a rough idea what t do if I just want to go to the actual gym.

never been to a gym in my life, I prefer to go for a walk/run without loads of people watching me.

You know my methods
|
Most people and I mean most that go to my gym dont break a sweat and dont lift heavy enough weights (99% of the females think sit ups will get them a six pack and dont understand why it wont - they also spend way too long on cardio and when they do lift weights they lift at least half as much as they should)
