Yes, they've cut it down from 13 weeks to make way for yet more CBB (boring), but that is the one positive thing about it.
It isn't restricted, the whole naturally quietens down around the 10th week, we don't need it carrying on for several more weeks afterwards.
New housemates is still possible, they just need to happen around 2-3 weeks in, which is perfect. Any later and they're pointless additions anyway.
