The pod has no windows and plenty of ways for the smoke to get out., i'd used that as a smoking area.

Thats illegal, Smoking areas in the UK can't have 3 walls..

Premises are considered 'enclosed' if they have a ceiling or roof and (except for doors, windows or passageways) are wholly enclosed either on a permanent or temporary basis.

Premises are considered 'substantially enclosed' if they have a ceiling or roof, but have an opening in the walls, which is less than half the total area of the walls. The area of the opening does not include doors, windows or any other fittings that can be opened or shut.

Completely out of order in my eyes I'm a smoker and as much as I hate the smell of smoke inside a pub or where ever, I still think it's against our human rights the way smokers are treated, end of the day a boxed in area should be fine, due to the fact who ever goes into this area is a smoker anyway whats the whole point of just giving us a roof, well out of order in my eyes lol anyway lol stop the smokers rant, it does look like a smoking area and the whole could be an ash tray, we can't see the other side and there could be a shelf underneath to catch the ash and stuff.
