I watched the repeat of last nights episode earlier today and Chris mentioned that he wasn't sure whether to nominate Pauline or not and after he heard the crowd chanting her out he then nominated her.

Are they ever gonna realise that the crowd influences nominations. The same thing happened in Julie Goodyears CBB, everyone loved her at the time and as soon as they heard the crowd chanting her out almost everyone randomly nominated her.

It's so annoying, to the point where i'm starting to hate watching evictions, I don't mind the crowd chanting throughout the show but when emma talks to the house it should be from a silent studio. BB9 and BB10 had this and it was so perfect

yeah I was a bit disappointed in that I actually thought he had a brain and would have figured it out for himself! and also going on her reaction to him when he entered the house she should have been top of his list crowd or no crowd.

I think he had figured it out for himself though. I thought he said something like that he had never found her genuine or that she was pretending to be something she's not but that everybody loved her. (Something along those lines)

He thought that he was the only person who saw through her and was perhaps doubting himself, but said he felt "comforted" by the crowds reaction because it confirmed to him something that he already felt himself anyways.

That's true, I had forgotton he had said that. I suppose it must be a good feeling to have your thoughts confirmed especially when a lot of people in the house were running around bigging her up.

Yeah I got the feeling that maybe he thought he was going mad being the only person to dislike her when everyone else was fawning over her, so it must have been a big relief to him to hear the crowd agreed.

I like them listening to the crowd. I dont mind that it influences opinion because it largely does not. I pointed out in another thread look at all the repeat nominated HMs (Gina, Dexter, Deana, Aaron, Freddie...).
