No, Helen's treatment of Jale isn't bullying.
Throwing passive aggressive comments at her, telling the group they should all go outside and get away from her, the group doing that primary school tactic of the OTT "Should we go outside for a fag, come on everyone let's go outside".
Followed by Helen and Kim "Go and tell Jale this... pretend that....".
It is bullying tactics and it's pathetic.
