That's her job she shouldn't be prosecuted for doing that to make a living. While she does make a living off of her sexuality that doesn't mean that them saying those things to her was right. In all honesty I don't think Marlon made those remarks to her because of her job he said it because he thinks she is hot. Granted there are different phrases or words you can use to convey that. I think that if he said "Damn she's hot" or "Damn she has a nice bum or boobs" it would've been a little crude but nothing too bad.
