i doubt anyone falls for his game, i think he is living in his own world, i feel he gets turned down alot but fakes it

There are plenty of delusional men and women like that in the world unfortunately. I wouldn't be shocked if Helen or Kimberly probably viewed themselves as being to good for some men in the house.
