Kimberly can't see it, but Helen fancies Kimberly and was jealous that it wasn't her who shared the shower with her.

Look at the evidence:

1) Helen thinks Kimberly has the best hair.

2) Helen thinks Kimberly is the best looking girl in there.

3) Helen trying to get Kimberly in Helen's gang.

4) Helen complaining about Kimberly sharing a shower with Winston.

It all adds up in Gusto's mind.
