Absolutely, for me I would have removed it a few days ago, it seems she hasn't learned anything from the warnings and so for me, it should be removed.
Let her take her chance with all the other housemates and the possibility of being nominated for eviction.

While they are at it and due to Pauline's constant hostility to her even up to the point of elaving, take away Pauline's curse on Jale too and stop this nonsense of being up every single weeek.
Since she is likely one of the top 3 saved each time,they cannot be amking much money by her being up each week.

Yes though, make Helen just an ordinary housemate, not a privileged one, privileges should be earned or be warranted, neither applies in Helen's case.
