I don't even get the reference of "whatever Sylvester Stallone" but just laughed at the randomness of it. Anyone know what the reference is or was he confusing Stallone with some other actor?

I'm guessing because she jumped off the sofa, erupted and was bouncing around from one person to another as though spoiling for a fight.
