She doesn't think she's that successful. In the task where they had to place themselves on a scale of least to most successful, she only placed herself fifth.
Stop making her out to be arrogant. She has a right to feel validated in life when she's arguing with someone like Marlon who has achieved, erm...well I'm sure he's achieved something.
