What has happened between Danielle and Kimberley?

I'm thinking that Ashleigh and Toya have turned Danielle against Kimberley possibly? I know they both disliked Kim and Ashleigh seemed jealous of her friendship with Danielle.
I remember them telling Danielle that things were getting more serious between Kim and Steven and Danielle seemed put out that Kim had not spoken to her, she said something like "I've never been so blind".
And with the comment this thread is referring to happened, Danielle had just walked away because Jale and Kim were speaking about Stephen.

Surely that can't be all there is to it though, is it? They were like best friends, did something else happen?

Also on BOTS it showed Danielle in the diary
room saying "I used to be close to that person, but have no time for them now, I won't see them outside the house" - Was that about Kim or Helen?
