Letting Jenny in would be a step too far for the producers- it's like a cheap ploy to create drama/ a fight in the house, especially when they are well aware of Helen's tendencies. It would be almost equivalent to letting Kitten back into the house even after her fight with Victor etc.
I'm always up for drama, but as a viewer I don't like it when the producers go out of their way to plot out an obvious story line- I find it interesting when the drama occurs organically (with a slight push in the right direction by the producers of course
).
