Aren't they simply about what can be broadcast and what can't etc. They don't deal with how the game works within a gameshow.

Channel 5 don't listen. This was unfair BECAUSE Kim was exempt with no actually explanation apart from she's ill. So ****ing what?! What is her illness? Why does that make her exempt!

Because she's left the house for treatment. I agree it sounds dodgy but whether channel 5 listen or not, it actually has nothing to do with ofcom.

Ofcom deal with viewer complaints. I think what they've done is wrong and with reason to believe it is a FIX.

Yes, it doesn't mean they take notice of every little complaint you've got.

What I meant was this particular complaint isn't really a valid one for them to take action with.
