Ouch...that sounds horrific. You're poor brother. I have major phobias about eyes....it makes me go queasy if I think about anything to do with them. The opticians is a major ordeal for me... my father in law has to have regular injections in his eyes and I nearly fainted when he told us what they do (even though he insists it doesn't really hurt).
