It was clear in their chat in the secret room that Pav/Zoe were at odds with Biannca. For whatever reason, Zoe decided to stick with Biannca, which she no longer had to do after she left.

Why not,why did she not have to stand by that decision and firm choice they all made after discussion.
They had an important decision to make, they all had input, why didn't she stay undecided until the time, why make such a firm decision that was only going to change when one person she was agreeing with went.
To say you are going to make a decision, then to make that firm decision but to then on the spur of the moment change it,that is hypocrisy.
Clearly morals she has little of or any loyalties either,if she can change her mind that fast.
