It's not Danielle's "past", it's her occupation. She went into BB playing a character which contradicted her real self outside the house so of course she drew attention to the fact she was faking. Making people like Biannca excited to be able to tell the housemates that she's playing a character.

Helen hasn't done that, her past is her past and she isn't drawing attention to it by coming out with bull like "I can't stand talking about sex, I'm freaking out. Urgghh. Prostitutes should be jailed". If she was being a complete fake and lying about her life I'd see the comparison and the need for them to know that "Hang on, Helen's getting judgemental about hookers when she was one".

As it is, it's not the same in the slightest.
