..yeah, it's funny isn't it, how we can be scared of something so small and that can't hurt us but a lot of people have that phobia..my son has one with spiders and it's the funniest thing in the world seeing him jump on the sofa in terror if one walks into the room..especially as he's so tall and the spider is so small...but that's cool I can see why you hate your window open..what about just stepping outside in the garden or something for a little fresh air and then trying to get some sleep/listen to your music to help..?...

..around 4.30am this morning and that's quite late for me recently but also because I fell asleep around 9.30pm last night so I've slept for eons....I had a day out with friends yesterday Scott and I think my body went into shock and I'm lucky I woke up really/thank the Lord watching over me...when was the last sleep you had/proper sleep..?..
