What's wrong about it, this is about the change in Ashleigh not Helen.

Ashleigh preferred to be cowardly and 2 faced, by going to others saying what she didn't seem to dare say as to anything direct to Helen or anyone else for that matter as to what annoyed her about them.

Wrong as usual, I think not actually,I just see Ashleigh as someone I could never trust with anything or even feel I would know where I stood with her, whereas with Helen whether she likes someone or not, they would certainly know where they stood with her.
