No need for anyone to challenge the older HMs, they have grown together, Pav is the outsider with all of them. Remember Chris had the tenacity to talk to Helen, he does it in such a way that it does not lead to arguments.

Pav seems to have been grateful for any feed back but to watch him staring and looking over his glasses is just a little bit creepy imo.
